All was vey good, spacious villa with a lovely view and garden.

It's really spacious with lot of rooms and beds - we are a family of 5 and we felt at-most comfortable. The view of mt.fuji from the house is spectacular! The host is really helpful as well! They open a restaurant near the station.

The hot water system is a little confusing!

The check-in and out was straight forward. The place is very spacious, could accommodate more than 6 people. Located in a small road with parking space for our minivan. Highly recommended!!

They have washer but no dryer. That would not work if it's winter

Great location, 7min drive from Lake Kawaguchiko and from Fuji-Q Highland, and good food and shopping options nearby. Clean house and comfortable beds.

Great view of Mount Fuji . House is spacious , clean and comfortable

Good for family with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets.

Be careful with the numbers of guests when you confirm. I booked 2 adults and 3 children but the confirmation showed 2 adults. I am not sure that problem happened from the system or property. I was asked to pay an extra charge which I refused to pay. However thanks to booking.com customer service to help to fix this problem for me.
