Black Wattle House

Schönes, grosszügiges Haus, super Betten, zwei grosszügige Bäder. Man kann den Pool und das Restaurant von der Ziwa Bush Lodge mitbenutzen.

Wlan hat trotz Bemühungen des Personals nicht funktioniert.

We enjoyed our stay at Black Wattle House. The staff, Mary, was very friendly, concerned and present. The inside is very beautiful, spacious, and the surrounding is serene as well just as shown in the pictures. The best part is that it comes with a free WiFi and an option to cook your meals since it comes with a fully furnished kitchen. Thank you so much, Mary for such an exceptional service. We loved it.

Upon our arrival we were informed that we could order meals from Ziwa Bush Lounge(we weren't aware that we could cook our meals from the house so we didn't come prepared for it). Later on, we decided to go to place an order but unfortunately, we didn't like is the service at Ziwa Bush Lounge's restaurant. We felt neglected and discriminated by our fellow blacks and only one of them looked concerned. We were Not allowed to seat on the "high tables" since according to them, some of them were already reserved. I responded and told the same staff that it was well, we understood. We opted to sit on the outside seats with our children(the bonfire seats were occupied) and wait to for the buffet time to start/begin. We could see the Whites serving from the buffet and we were not allowed to self-serve from it because again, "it was for the reserved ones." We stayed outside for over an hour, cold, and tired with our children waiting for the concerned staff to direct us only for her to come and ask us if we were OK to get served from the kitchen(we had no option at this point since it was around 8pm so we told her that it was ok). We later got our meals and left for the house, helped to carry the plates by one of another waitress who didn't want to do it in the first place. If you've ever stayed here and gotten to eat and served well then you're OK but for us, their actions towards us displayed an arrogant contempt.

La villa louée était immense pour deux ! Meublée avec goût. Tout équipée avec connexion wifi excellente. Le parc environnant de même que le restaurant voisin sont magnifiques, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus.

Un petit kit de bienvenue aurait été agréable (shampoing etc…) car pas de magasins à proximité. A environ 30 minutes du parc Nakuru.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous, nice, clean, and lovely. 10/10, period. Only sad part that we stayed only one night here. Our entire family loved it.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Do not be concerned about the long dirt road en route to the villa. It worths it. :)
