Villa Luxe AP06

We loved our stay in this Villa, it was spotless clean with loads of space for the 4 of us with the pool right outside the front door. We knew it was a little away from the town, we had a car so it wasn't an issue fir us, if you don't have a car just order a bolt taxi on the bolt app at around 160 baht to the town. As for the electricity and water costs , it was for us about 200baht a day and considering the value of the villa compared hotels in the town is very little extra. If you have a family you really appreciate the extra space

Spacious and peaceful house in a quiet part of Kamala. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive during the booking process, and the team managing the property provided smooth check-in and support when needed. Having a car made it easy to get around.

The complex itself and the actual villa were really nice and exceptional. It's renovated with plenty of air conditioning to keep you cool in the heart. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher well as a laundry with a washing machine for your convenience.

The floor plan/lay out of the villa was not suitable for our family of 6 oir kids ages 16,15,10,4. Upon entry to the villa you walk straight into the combined living, dining and kitchen area. You then must walk up approximately 12-15 steep steps to get to the first floor (two of our younger kids fell while walking down the stairs) where there is your first 2 bedrooms. You then must walk a further 8-10 steps to get to the second floor to the last bedroom (3 levels total). The location is very poor you will need to get a Bolt or Grab everywhere you go from 250 baht to 550 baht depending on where you want to go, unless you hire a scooter or a car. Even though the host specifies in his advertisement, please be aware you will be asked to pay 20,000 Baht as a security deposit upon check-in. Water and electricity usage are not included in your price when you book the villa you will pay when you check out. We had to pay 4100 Baht for 12 nights. They also charge a cleaning fee of 2500 baht. You will They also get charged 500 baht if you check in out of the standard check in time. They offer a "free" clean for every 6 nights, even though we stayed 12 nights we were still charged a cleaning fee which is wrong we should not have been charged for cleaning as we stayed 12 nights. The security of the complex are nice as well as the cleaning staff. Unfortunately our experience was poor at this villa and we won't be staying here ever again.

The villa is clean, comfortable, furniture and equipment is new, well maintained. Assistance on site was great - for check in and check out, cleaning or little things we needed. The pool, long enough to swim, and nice addition to play with the kids

Not a big deal but ideally, if anything could be added.. a dishwasher 😀. Nothing else!

The villa is very beautiful and very well maintained and clean. The equipment is top with IPTV in the living room, washing machine and TV in each bedroom. The village with the swimming pool is superb with a very good atmosphere. Handing over the keys the staff are really very friendly and welcoming. Kamala beach is magnificent and 5 minutes from the villa.

Amazing spot, it has all the necessities. Wonderful pool stunning balconies and super comfy sofas !

Other then the pests everything seemed excellent
