"Great mountain stay in Nuwara Eliya!"

A lovely stay just a five-minute tuk-tuk ride from the centre, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars (only 500 rupees per ride). The location is stunning, perched at the top of a hill with breathtaking views over Nuwara Eliya. In the morning, we took a tuk-tuk to Ambewela station for 2000 rupees—it was just a 25-minute journey—before catching the train to Ella. The place was spotless, and a delicious breakfast was provided. I would highly recommend it. The caretaker was wonderful, and it was so heartwarming to see his son helping out.
