DREAM HOUSE PALANGA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, Hot Tub and Sauna

For sauna and hot tube they asked extra money if I want used them., nobody told me about that when I was ordering my holiday.

Pool had clean water,that’s about it.

Property was extremely wear off. Walls full of marks,stairs dirty and even old blood stains on there. Patio doors were broken and could barely close them which resulted in loads of mosquitoes getting indoors, hence our kids got lots of bites during the night. That’s house number 3.

Quiet place, ok for a few days.

100 euro for the sauna and 100 euros for the hot tub per day. RIP off

The place location was good

As the house is small enough, the bedding was not great ( very poor pillows ), towels didn't smell great ( smell of dampness). The communication between was not great, as called about arrival late ( time was confirmed), but the person responded in a rood way. I would not stay there again.

The house was clean and spacious, fresh look and good design. Pet friendly place that asked no extra charge for the dog, which was super nice! Kitchen was well equipped. backyard was compact but looked fancy! 👌

Didn't realize that the 'Dream house with private pool, sauna and hot tub' meant that the hot tub and sauna was going to be an extra charge. My bad maybe. Since we stayed off-season, the hot tub and sauna would cost almost 4x the price of the stay (the stay was 95 eur per 2 nights, but the hot tub and sauna was 200 eur for just 1 night and paid in cash). The heated pool was not heated, the owner said that it's heated only from 1st of May till 30th of September, but you can see in the questions section some clients two weeks before us (on Beginning of April) asked about the heated pool during Easter holiday and the owner replied that the pool is heated all year round, so that felt a bit unfair to us. Oh and they were building a new house right next to ours (added a photo) , since the house and backyard is 3m away from this house, the renovation was quite loud and started before 9AM, so we couldn't sleep longer than that.

Maintained environment

In the rooms, the bedding sets had a very bad smell, the pillows were hard, the bedding was worn. There were no disposable slippers or toiletries in the apartment. It is very sad, but it was impossible to fall asleep, we had to end our stay and go home.

Lets just say that there's plenty of space for improovements....House structure is modern, but it's not kept to its potential. Arrived after celebrating wedding with friends and family from Canada and USA, just to find that there's 5drops of hand soap, no paper towels, shower has a black mold by the way.The pictures look good, but reality is poor. Definitely the owners need to upgrade the towels as they're small and smelly. I come from hospitality sector and it was embarassing for me to stay in this place, wouldn't have had booked it, if I would have known.Luckly we only spent few nights here. The questions were answered quite fast, communication is ok, but for the price of it, it's presumtious to believe that ppl are gonna like it.

Barely any hand soap, rooms are tinny, we couldn't even set a crib for our 1yr old. Apparently babies bed was in a closet, waiting to be prepared! People come for vacation and to relax, you as a host have to get everything ready!!!!Including the babies crib/play mat, soap, paper towels etc. So just to sum it up, don't expect a thing from this host. Oh....slmoust forgot...the cutting board wasn't clean
