We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The house has its own style and charm – like a hunter’s cabin but with all the modern comforts. The kitchen was excellent and had everything you might need for cooking or BBQ, plus tea, coffee, sugar, and salt were all provided. Proper coffee machine. The fishing was amazing! We caught plenty for a nice dinner and even some crayfish, which we also enjoyed. There were boats, basketball and volleyball nets, you name it.... The outside patio has a cosy enclosed gazebo that was perfect for evenings. The host was great, they live near by and was there when we needed but not intrusive. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and I would happily return.

The only small downside was the insects (horseflies were particularly annoying), but that’s to be expected when you’re surrounded by nature.

The facilities were amazing in an amazing setting. I can’t say enough about how good this place is. Also the hosts were excellent in their endeavours to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Very nice an cosy place (& really clean!)! Best to go for families with kids or two couples of friends. You are in touch with nature and still have modern facilities.
