Žalia Kopa Pine Forest Villa with Pool

The house is nicely decorated and even though it's quite small is really comfortable. You have access to the front patio for the morning coffee and terrace at the back for bbq with enough seating and grill provided. It was also perfectly clean - dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, shower gel and other bits for the bathroom were provided. There was also selection of coffee and tea. You also have access to the heated pool within the complex. There are Tv in each room and allocated parking space at the front. You can access the beach through the back path leading through the pine forest. I also liked that there were more than enough dishes and cutlery provided.

I found check-in a bit confusing. The host texted me in the morning to confirm the arrival time which we did. But once at the property, no one greeted us as advised on the site. It would be perfectly fine as there is a code lock to pick up the key, but wish it was communicated clearly ahead of the arrival. We somehow managed to access the key and get into the property but the code/check in instructions were not officially provided. And we haven't heard anything from the host since apart from missed call after we checked out. Also, the beds upstairs were not ready and we had to put the sheets ourselves even though we advised there will be 4 people staying. One of the single beds are very squeaky. Another thing to note, the house is really dark as its facing the pine forest and there's no sunlight at any point of the day (in the living room and main bedroom).

Prefect location, close to the beach and facing the pines. Away from more action within the city- however not too far from the center. Working fireplace and bbq! Excellent communication with the owners/managers of the property. My second time visiting- will come back again!
