Needs some tlc and the electrics tidying up some a bit dangerous and tap in shower area constantly running just needs a bit of maintenance

Van alles bijna voorzien! Ideaal voor gezinnen! Veiligheid qua parkeren Bakker op loopafstand Aanrader!

Heeft wat onderhoud nodig in de zin van opknappen naar een moderne uitstraling. Qua sanitair en verf. Maar voor de rest niets te klagen.

Het zwembad, de master bedroom, de ruimte die je hebt (4 slaapkamers en ruime woonkamer) en het contact met Mims!

Sommige dingen hebben wel onderhoud nodig (bijvoorbeeld trap trede kapot, douche mag vernieuwd worden en de badkamer bij de master bedroom ook).
