Fatima la dame de service, super gentille et accurate. L emplacement de la villa, un cadre paisible et reposant.

La propreté, les serviettes de piscine étaient lacérées et bien délabrées, indigne du prix payer pour le séjour.

Fatima was amazing, so kind to our family and makes the best couscous! Honestly appreciated having her there, she was so helpful and such a lovely person🥰

Everything was great except breakfast

Breakfast was not at expected. We had to ask for everything every day. Fatima should prepare what has been agreed without the need to keep asking every morning

Breakfast was fabulous and different every day Large villa, four ensuite bedrooms, large pool (too cold at this time of the year), great outdoor space Safe neighbourhood, walled-off compound

Difficult to communicate with the host / helper. Could only speak Berber / Arabic Bathroom drains were blocked, No hot water in two bathrooms. Heating not effective - it is really cold in winters! Hope the AC is effective - Ceiling integrated system. The thermostats emit very bright blue light at night. Far away from town, definitely need a car / taxi, no shops close by
