הדירה גדולה ומרווחת מאוד עם נוף מרהיב. בריכה נעימה ומתקנים נוחים.

אין באמת חוף צמוד יש ירידה למים אבל בלי פינה לשבת. יש כביש מאוד מפחיד מתחת לדירה. אין כבל לחבר מחשב לטלויזיה. חתולים שכמעט נכנסים לדירה כל הזמן.

Grande villa séparée en trois étages indépendants, la maison est très bien entretenue, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine est très éagréable pendant les chaudes journées, ainsi que l'accès privatisé à la petite plage en contrebas. Il y a suffisament d'espace pour garer deux voitures et de la place sur la voie publique pour une 3ème. Les chambres sont vastes, les 3 étages donnent assez d'espace privé pour tous les vacanciers. Les balcons donnent sur la baie de Kotor et le paysage est superbe. Levers ou couchés de soleil inoubliables ! Restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Mais surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Inna qui nous a attendu pour nous remettre les clés malgré le retard de notre vol, toujours de bon conseil pour nous aider, vraiment disponible, c'est très apprécié !

Juste un point d'attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : comme beaucoup de maisons autour de la baie, la villa est construite à flanc de colline, ce qui suppose un nombre de marches d'escalier pour y accéder. Mais la vue en vaut vraiment la peine !

A beautiful villa with very good location, comfortable for three families on three floors, separate bathrooms and toilettes, fully equipped. The beach is a stone's throw away. It has a magnificent view of the entire Bay of Kotor.

Location is beautiful and easily accessible. Enough room for 3 families (also for small children). Necessary equipment was included (in some parts not so wide than expected). Owner waited for us longer by arrival due to unexpected border queues and gave tips about local places/habits.

Kitchen and cleaning equipment was not so variable as expected (a vacuum cleaner and coffee machine/maker for each kitchen would be f.e. good). Parking place due to local nature circumstances by tight traffic not so easy.

Beautiful location, great and spacious house. Nothing bad to say, we enjoyed our stay very much!

It is a bit far to grocery stores and restaurants etc, therefore a car is beneficial to have.

Great house with fantastic view located in the Kotor Bay area. We really liked the place and especially the pool and the small private beach. We were 4 families (16 people) and it worked very well. The house had the necessary equipment and was well maintained. The contact with the landlord was great and she was very accommodating.

The house is not located in a village and the road is narrow with heavy traffic and no pavement so walking is not a good option. You need a car to get to supermarket and do sightseeing.
