This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the bank account detail of the property. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. Please be informed of the following room capacity details: - Reservations for 2 persons will have access to 1 bedroom. - Reservations for 4 persons will have access to 2 bedrooms. Please note that construction work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise.
