The villa itself is beautiful and well designed, with an amazing view. The scenery is truly stunning and makes the stay feel special.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Check-out is at 11:00, but we were pressured to leave earlier, which felt unnecessary. Communication with the reception was very poor – they were often unavailable and unresponsive, which is especially problematic given the remote location of the property. Because of this lack of communication, we missed our ferry. Their taxi driver was also unavailable in the evening, forcing us to take an expensive taxi on the island. Additionally, charging extra for espresso capsules felt petty and unnecessary. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, making it uncomfortable to stay outside. We also tried to use the jacuzzi but received no assistance. The walk up to our room is quite difficult, and one night the path was completely dark as the lights were not turned on. Another downside is that the bathroom has no door separating it from the bedroom, so there is no privacy at all. Overall, while the view and room are beautiful, the service and communication issues significantly impacted our stay.

Wir haben 28 Tage in der Red Poppy Villa verbracht und werden nächstes Jahr zurückkommen. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt, alles war super. Sehr saubere Villa, die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist unsere absolute Lieblingsunterkunft auf Koh Tao und wir können es absolut empfehlen!

It was in a beautiful area, nice and quiet and secluded. You felt very peaceful within the jungles. The staff were absolutely exceptional. When there were no shops nearby she was more than happy to go out her way and get us some electrolytes when we needed. Our ferry was slightly delayed and staff were more than happy to wait for us. Also mentioned it was my birthday and they went over and above by giving us a cake, a fruit basket and happy birthday banners (And two very high quality water bottles!!!) Thank you to the amazing staff again we can’t wait to come back!

Although we were aware of this but it was a bit far out from the main area. However the taxi service through the hotel was great and always more than happy to help and on time on picking up/ dropping us off. Also whilst we didn’t mind too much but you have about 5 seconds of warm water a day

I can honestly say I’ve never stayed anywhere like it in my life. I am from England, and this would be the same price as a cheap hotel in London, which is astounding. The staff & the service were just wonderful, the villa was unbelievable, and everything around that was just perfect. I can’t even describe how amazing this was!

We loved everything! If you like to be out and about and busy there isn’t much within walking distance - but only a 10 min taxi ride away! We didn’t mind this as we booked the villa to relax and stay here, they deliver food & drinks to your door so we were more than happy with the pool & deliveries for a couple of days!

Io ho soggiornato nella villa Brown e devo dire che c’era una vista pazzesca sul mare. Inoltre il personale era gentilissimo e disponibile.

Potrebbero essere fatto dei piccoli lavori di manutenzione ma sono proprio delle cavolate.
