The property owner 1st charged me additional rm100 besides the booking.com prices by telling it was wrongly quoted in the system which is not mistake at all, We did a late checkout which they should charge me rm200 but they charged me rm300 which was my whole deposit... overall the hse is ok but the property incharge people really problematic and very unethical.... Till now they are refusing me to gv back my rm100 and even booking.com not bothering about it... thr is not even body wash shampoo given as well
