Empresa desorganizada! Fiz a reserva sem direito a reembolso. Quando cheguei lá, não tinha vaga e disseram que a reserva que eu tinha feito era para outra cidade. Isso por telefone. O hotel estava completamente vazio, sem ninguém. Parecia um hotel fantasma. Depois de entrar pra tentar achar um funcionário, encontrei uma moça na cozinha. Mostrei a reserva pra ela que confirmou que era ali mesmo, mas não tinha vaga. Só então a pessoa por telefone aceitou o erro, pediu para que eu solicitasse o cancelamento e que não iria cobrar. Colocou a culpa no mal tempo. Meu guia do trekking estava comigo e foi mordido pelo cachorro que estava na cozinha. O guia acabou tendo que ir ao hospital tomar injeção por conta disso.

Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

The hostess’s daughters were really sweet and kind.

I reserved a single bed’s room. When I got to the room the shower and the bathroom were disgusting. I had to ask the hostess to clean the place twice, after he told me that they cleaned the place even though they didn’t, the shower remained dirty. I left one bag there when I went hiking and when I texted the hostess that I’m back in the village he asked me with passive-aggressive to come quickly to get my bag.

The property is in very bad shape, I was offered dirty, awful rooms that I simply refused. There are many lodges nearby offering much better rooms at 1/5 of this price. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

central and quite location, with nice territory like the park around the hotel. nice and cozy dining area with heating stove. Hotel manager Vikram very nice and responsive person who take care of all our needs from tickets registration till paperwork with airline during our flight delayed. strongly recommend!

Very close to airport - nice view . Good staff

Location need little more precise - as it’s right next to airport google will not show you proper way to get there- once you exit from airport - make a right - follow Budha lodge - make a right infront of budha lodge and walk straight tiny little pathway - next to runway

Bikram is the best. He made sure I felt like home and everything was seemless

Bikram dai.. The owner of the property..very good man and very helpful also.. The view from the property is awesome.. Just beside the lukla air strip...

Half of the time there is no power.. No hot water in bathroom.. No wifi available.. Its a big property.. However need to work on the availability of the power..

nothing fit the description it was a couple cold rooms. no internet not heat no television no nothing
