Front door sticking & awkward to lock,fridge seal not sealing, no shower mat for bath/shower , dishwasher not working & everything else in the villa dated & tired
NZExcellent location, easy walk to everything in Hanmer Springs. Most things you needed for self catering, but all restaurants and cafes also easy access. Pleased there was a spare bedroom (see "didn't like").
Creaky floor boards up stairs, battery required replacement in up stairs mezzanine smoke alarm (kept beeping), terrible double mattress downstairs (too soft for us).

AUNZOne suggestion - a breadboard would be a helpful addition to the kitchen utensils. Also the shower head in the downstairs bathroom is leaking badly - needs replacing.
