Location was great for us. Nice and modern.

Parking could get tight when other cars all around. A few more utensils would help, grater, colander, tongs.

Spacious and clean

Lounge furniture are of not, good quality. 1x chair was broken, nearly fell off..

Property was clean, beds were comfortable and has good air conditioning.

1. Furnitures in the living space and kitchen needs an upgrade. Couch is very worn out and 1 dining chair is broken and should be removed as it may cause an accident. 2. No rubbish bins in both toilets. All hand wash bottles were diluted with water. Truly unacceptable especially if you’re paying $1500+ for the stay. 3. Sometimes neighbor’s car will park in front of the property (near driveway) which gives us limited space to maneuver our car to enter the garage.

The venue was close to my event. The whole apartment was beautiful and clean and tidy. Nice space for me and my whanau. Easy access in and out of the apartment. Was warm.

It had a nice small grass area but unfortunately it wasn't mowed and the grass was nearly to my knees. Also 2 out of the 3 beds had a broken middle board and wobbly (and broken) middle legs. The parking spaces were very tight between our apartment and the neighbors.

Close to the airport, competition venue and shops. Kitchen facilities good.

Coming off very busy road and traffic noise was loud. The sofa that was a sofa bed had food crumbs etc on it and was very very uncomfortable and unstable. Parking was tight.

Good Location, nice and tidy. Nice and modern with plenty of space.

WE didn't stay in this townhouse because we got into Lux house by mistake because the door was opened when we got there. when we discovered we were in the wrong building we went to check where we supposed to stay and some people were already staying there.. WE discovered that the codes on all the houses haven't been changed previously..

Amazing modern property. Lots of room and bedrooms for a group of us!

Couch uncomfortable. Neighbours were very close and played loud music until 2am but that obviously can’t be helped!

Close to all the things we wanted to experience in Auckland, lovely home would happily book again.

Lovely quiet build and enough rooms to fit us all as big family.

All beds were quite creaky.
