Freshwaterfarm Cottages - Muriwai

It was very peaceful and quiet. The green forest like garden was full of NZ natives and the bird songs in the morning was a beautiful to hear. We all slept extremely well and wished we could have delayed longer.

Losing a precious piece of jewelry which the owners have promised to search for in the master bedroom. This was my mistake but I really sppreviste the help.

Gorgeous cottage, loved the decor, the outdoor decks in either sun or shade, the peaceful, private space, surrounded by trees and looking at hills. The outdoor bath was awesome, and I really appreciated the muslin mosquito deterrent over the bed that worked perfectly and wasn't dusty like the mesh mosquito nets. Hosts were very accomodating and helpful.

It felt like we were the only people in the entire world, it was extremely romantic and I couldn't have imagined our 1 year wedding annerversary any better.

Nothing, the entire cottage was likely designed to be enjoyed by two people in comfort.

What an amazing cottage for a romantic getaway! Lovely scenery to enjoy the outdoor bath and inside the cottage was just as nice with all the little design details. Location very peaceful. Great shower.

Crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment limited and some items not especially clean. Decor in need of attention.
