"A lovely villa in an isolated location."

It’s a beautiful villa with an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable and there was loads of space. I also enjoyed the pool.

There was no hot water. I know you tried to fix this, but every shower was cold, despite running the water for several minutes first. Also, the location is quite isolated. There’s not much going on in this part of the island. Lamai is a 10 minute drive away and not very nice when you get there. I should have researched this better.

the hospitality and the availability of the owners. The villa is amazing: design, view, swimming pool and comfort.

Not very comfortable to reach the villa. It s far away from chaweng (20 minutes more or less). Shutdown is uncomfortable when it happens. Sometime the water doesn’t work.

Very clean and really privat. To get up at 6:00 am in the morning 🌄 to watch sunrise was stunning.

Nothing to say, or complain. But: 1 warning ⚠️, the location given by Booking is wrong by 1 street. If you follow booking.com you end up in the jungle like we did. At night no so cool 😎 😂

The view is fantastic, 270-degree view of coast sea. It is spacious, well appointed, great pool with regular care provided. Management coy easy to deal with and helpful. Had a small issue with the water and electricity supply which is outside of their control and resolved relatively quickly. Some simple house things like salt etc would have been helpful. The cooking/kitchen was fine and everything worked well. The initial supply of drinking water and fruit on arrival was appreciated.
