It’s was clean with some yard

Location is pretty isolated, so many many street dogs and bark all the time especially at night which was so bad. I couldn’t sleep well at all.

The appartment is located in a quiet suburbs of Surat Thani, in a newly built district. We appreciated the AC, WiFi, and 2 bathrooms. The landlord communicated with us quickly via Booking.com messages all the time, we received clear instructions how to get the key for the appartment and we had some refreshments ready upon our arrival late in the evening. The landlord also immediately fixed the issue we encountered at our arrival.

We would recommend to fit the appartment with a small kitchen corner. The sofa in the living room is unusable for sleeping, but the landlord had an extra matress delivered upon our complaint. One more remark to the area: There are barking wild dogs wandering around and guarding the area from intruders.

Everything was excellent. Western standard house, nice garden, very clean and quiet. On day two we had an issue with the bathroom, the owner sent help who worked hard until the issue was resolved. We would definitely go there again. Thank you.
