"Uma excelente casa, a precisar de manutenção e algum carinho extra!"

Dimensão da casa, com condições para passar dias de frio muito agradáveis numa casa no norte do país. Perto do Centro de Marco Canaveses. Espaço exterior interessante para dias de verão.

A manutenção francamente diminuta, quartos com infiltrações, espaço da piscina interior a precisar de manutenção, cozinha com loiça e utensílios pouco cuidados ou inexistentes. Área de cave pouco cuidada. Uma sala de jogos com tanto potencial, a precisar mesmo de algum conforto extra.

"Una casa casi excelente… solo necesita arreglar la piscina"

En general todo ha sido bueno. La casa es espectacular Buena ubicación, espaciosa, bien equipada… Disfrutamos mucho del billar

La piscina necesita una puesta al dia. Se desprendían los azulejos del suelo de la piscina lo que ocasionó que los niños se hiciesen daño en los pies mientras se bañaban
