Charming Villa with Heated Pool near Sandy Beach, Hiking, Golf and Wineries

This is a beautiful, Villa furnished in classical Portuguese style but with all modern amenities. It is situated in an ideal location close to but secluded from the beach. It is very spacious and exceptionally well equipped. Amelia the house keeper was exceptional in every way, friendly and very efficient. The owners very kindly offered support (which we didn’t need as the property was fabulous) and kept in contact. The gardens and pool were exceptionally well looked after and maintained once a week. Overall this is a Villa I would very highly recommend.

Great quiet location, near everything. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds , very nice well looked after outside spaces (beautiful gardens/ bbq area). One bathroom per bedroom. Comfortable sun loungers, lovely covered area by the pool (heated at no extra cost) Filtered water tap. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely Amelia coming every day so, bathrooms/kitchen always spotless, new towels every other day, washing put out and bbq cleaned! Thank you.

A shame that the pool did not have a bigger shallow end for children.

Our little family of 4 loved everything about this house. It's 5 minutes walk to the beach, even with a small kid, lovely restaurants are in easy reach on foot, Luz is a charming small town. The house is very beautiful, surrounded by gardens, a wonderful pool, great beds, huge kitchen. There is an atmosphere of peace and charm about the house that we already miss, and we have planned to have a longer stay next year. Very easy communication with owner, and Amelia welcomed us and was lovely and helped with any question we had. VERY RECOMMENDED!

The house, property was beautiful with nice decks outdoors with comfortable outdoor furniture and the pool. Great kitchen, laundry facilities .

Upon arrival the interior of the house had a very noticeable musty smell which dissipated after we opened doors and windows. The house was very clean though. Also WIFI password on the router was incorrect, but was quickly resolved by owners giving us the correct one.

Wonderful character villa in one of the best locations in Luz. Beautiful mature gardens and well laid out buildings with an easy flow from all living areas to the outside spaces. Bedrooms and bathroom at the rear of the property keep a space between night owls and their offspring. Sophie was helpful and communicated accurately, and Amelia kept the villa spotless without being instructive. Loved our time here. The Searle family xx

This property was exceptional! It delivered a unique experience between metropolitan cities visited on our family vacation. Very private, impeccably clean both inside and out, the proximity to the town and beach, the beautifully kept pool and gardens, spacious home, well equipped, charming and attentive host, what more could be wanting?

Everything was ideal. Our family had a mini vacation within a grander vacation on a lifetime trip!

Amazing property! Very private and secure with a fantastic pool. The décor and facilities were lovely, with everything you needed for a "home away from home" stay. We used the BBQ facilities a few times for lovely family meals. Amelia came daily (Mon-Fri) and cleaned, tidied and even did our washing - what an amazing person. The bedrooms were great and beds comfy - we all slept really well. It was the most relaxing place to base ourselves on our trip to the Algarve.

We didn't find anything we didn't like at all.

What didn’t we like? We could’ve spent a month at this villa and not left at all. The property itself is a fairytale. Immaculately kept, several dining areas all charming in their own way, fruit trees everywhere you look, the gardens felt like a botanical garden…when we arrived we couldn’t believe it was all ours to enjoy. Everything was spotless, had great service, the location couldn’t have been better. We would not have changed a thing. We even had kids toys available which kept our little ones happy and entertained. It really was all a dream.

It was pure perfection.
