Home Out City Villa

Location was in very quiet area and that suited us wery well. Not any sound from anywhere. Uber in Lisbon is very cheap, 10 euros 5 people almost from anywhere to the villa. Nice rooms, lot of space, good beds, very clean everywhere. Clean and nice bedding / bed linen and towels.

Hot water was working, but it was "mysterious", sometimes it was hotter and sometimes it had some delay to begome hot. But it wasn't an issue, all 3 showers were ok.

Good location in city. Close to parking lot. Very comfortable and specious apt. and rooms. Well organized kitchen. The apt. has 3 floors. The bedrooms are upstairs so you need to use the stairs...

Location was perfect but the cons outweigh this one pro.

Really wanted to love this property but it truly missed the mark in a lot of crotical areas. Specifically 1. Cleanliness: there was black mold in the top floor shower and sink. 2. We found a roach in one of the bedrooms 3. The home has a serious ventilation problem so it constantly smells damp in certain rooms. 4. The shower mats are the size of a table mat and the quality of them was very poor 5. The ac in the top floor room makes a constant noise every 30 seconds making it difficult to fall asleep 6. There’s a pump in the living room and constantly kicks on loudly as people use water in the house. 7. The home in general needs a thorough revamp from painting of walls to fixing door handles etc.

Excelent location very close to the subway in a clean and nice area. The house is large enough for 7 people, as we were, and even had one toilet downstairs, plus the three complete bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen very well furnished including dishwasher that was really welcomed. Also a lot of dishes, glasses, cutlery very handy with 7 people having breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Very nice restaurants nearby (Grill Fusion not to be missed) The house was clean and really nicely furnished, enough plugs which is a plus for seven people all with at least one electronical device. It is a very nice house and we would gladly return.

Could use some hangers in the bathrooms - there wasn't any and it would really be useful. The noise from the upstairs room and from the street (for the one bedroom with windows towards the street) can be loud at the times. Also in the first night we could hear the planes, so if you are an easy sleeper don't take that bedroom. For us was not a problem: we were so tired that we slept even with that noise. And just a small detail: my pillow was really awful, but nobody else in our group complained so maybe the pillows should be checked and some of them replaced.

Loved that each bedroom had its own bath plus the common bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen banquette was amazing and so comfy!

One room had no AC so it was warm for sleeping. Main room couch was not comfortable at all because of a hard ridge/bar in it.
