We had a wonderful stay! The property is excellent—perfect for families and groups of friends visiting Chiang Mai. Although it’s not located in the city center, the area is quite convenient with multiple routes to and from the house. It’s also just 15 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing place to stay. The house is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, and the owner provided thoughtful service and care throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the owner respected our privacy and did not disturb us unnecessarily. Overall, a great experience!

Nothing particularly.

The property is indeed expansive and aesthetically pleasing; however, the olfactory experience within the bathrooms is profoundly unpleasant. Upon ascending to the third floor, one is immediately engulfed by the offensive aroma. Despite my having brought this issue to the attention of the management, it appears that the matter has not been addressed with the urgency it deserves. Furthermore, it is advisable to prepare yourself for the deluge of unsolicited communications from the host promoting their tour guide services. Additional shortcomings include the provision of cold water for bathing, suboptimal hygiene conditions, doors that can not be locked from outside, and an inconvenient location. Nonetheless, the relatively modest pricing does lend some credence to the level of service rendered.

Bad smell and poor service.

The villa was just incredible. Spacious and clean. Fits perfectly a family or a group of friends.
