Great location and lovely infinity pool

Property getting quite tired and in need of updating eg pool furniture dirty and worn, broken pool umbrellas, missing dishwasher door making it difficult to use. Flooring in one of bedrooms blown so unable to open door. Outside areas look stained in places and not well cleaned. Patio furniture tired and cushions lumpy. The front side gate was broken and took 5 days to be repaired but no replacement keys were supplied so we only had one key to access via main gate, which was inconvenient as we all had to leave and return together. The guest information booklet was pretty useless eg not helpful other than when bins need to be put out etc and very impersonal. Overall it felt a little tired, and no personal touches they just want your money! We raised these issues with management company on at least 4 occasions and other than a vague response saying they would look into (which they didn’t) nothing was addressed except the side gate but even then it didn’t help. And you need sun umbrellas by the pool! Quite disappointing to be basically ignored and for the money we spent we expected better quality and service.

Amazing location with a breathtaking view, in a high end neighbourhood. Beautiful house with a lot of facilities, good for groups of families. The pool heated pool is perfect. Supermarket is close and Funchal is just a short drive away. We loved it here.
