All the main bedrooms had views across the beach and coastline. There was ample space for 14 people, with each bedroom having an ensuite. The living area could easily accommodate 14 people for dinners.

"Perfect for private sessions with friends"

For a private birthday celebration with a group of 11 people (7 parties/rooms, 4 couples 3 singles) perfect. Bathroom en suite and additional washing facility in basement. Lot of room incl. 2 terraces with fantastic see view each, come together or private chill, both is possible. Sufficient parking space (had 2 rental cars and a T5 van). Nice staff, easy check in and check out, easy walk to magoito beach....

Street in front of the villa, but no problem, very quit. Kitchen equipment o.k., barbecue facilities existing but at our visit in bad condition i.e. we don't used. LED lampchain on main terrace disturbs the incredible sea view a little bit....
