Please note that the 50% deposit charged on the day of booking must be paid by credit or debit card. The property must provide payment instructions, such as a link to a secure payment platform. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon check-in. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Villas Alto da Ria will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
