Amazing space, beautifully decorated, peaceful and welcoming. Very kind and generous host. Wonderful outside terrace and garden.

Superb welcome and delightful accommodation. An oasis of green and calm in a beautiful and friendly city. Great facilities, spacious, clean and fully equipped for a couple for a weekend, a week or even as a base for longer. It's 5 mins walk to the main bus/coach station for getting around but the other side of town to the train station. There's a small but well stocked supermarket nearby as well. (Conad) Oh, and a couple of delightful cats that welcomed me when I arrived but didn't disturb me after.

Struggling here. It's a 15 minute walk into the old town but that way you get to see more.

- Wonderful garden/location, car on closed private grounds - safe! and quiet - far away from busy streets - private parking spot on the premises - breakfast/dinner in the garden - very friendly hosts/owners (living on the premises in the main house) - always can be asked - responsive agency 4Balconi via Whatsapp (managing this for the owners) - well equipped apartment (AC, kitchen, washing machine, large fridge (integrated -18°C cooler), dishwashing machine) - in outskirts of Lecce, yet only some steps to the city - no car needed! - supermarkets/cafes in walking reach - bedsheets & towels ready and included - great LTE reception

Agency 4Balconi asked for photos of our passports in advance to be send by mail or Whatsapp - which is not legal to send by German laws - should be told before booking process (needed for registering us with the Italian government officials, we were told) - they accepted blacked out information on our passports, in the end as to prevent usage of the information for ID theft WIFI for 5€/day whereas usually WIFI is included (though LTE reception was great!) - but this is part of the description Cleanliness above ok yet shower cabin needs de-calc on outlets and cabin (still ok to use, not actually bad) + would be nice to add a welcome book with information about everything, as usually done so (in English, as well)

Had that smell of authentic aroma well furnished,kitchen was well stocked all amenities ,except a toaster, yet everything else you would require. Pere and his mom so lovely and kind.Set in a huge garden area with parking,high walls and electronic gate for security. Only couple of mile from city centre. Would recommend to anyone.

Minor element I'm sure. No toaster, ants can make easy entrance under double doors to kitchen small bin so be aware, easily delt with. WiFi is poor probably because it's in the main house so an extension router would be helpful as they have a nice 65 inch Tele in there,which is what I put my fire stick into!

Beautiful villa, part of the main house. Big garden. Walking distance, 25 mn to centre Lecce.

The aircon could not cool the space. It was very warm at night.
