Villa Quica, heated pool

Host accommodated our short notice booking after having our stay elsewhere cancelled at the last min. Really kindly organised for house keeping to get the villa ready within a couple hours of us booking. Overall villa was good. We stayed at the end of Feb so not too busy in and around the strip. Close enough to everything. WiFi worked fine. Enjoyable stay but I wouldn’t book to stay here with a young family in the busy summer months, just with the antics of the strip so close by.

The master bedroom was extremely cold / almost damp during the night. (Probably not an issue in summer) The heated pool didn’t seem to be heated, was extremely cold (again probably not an issue in the summer) There is a gate that joins to the property next door pool area. One morning this gate was open which suggested someone had opened it which was a little unnerving. Back door didn’t lock, so had to lock the external gating which is a little annoying. Locks and Keys are very difficult to open.

The location of this villa is perfect. It’s literally a one minute walk to the heart. Some noise at night but noise is much worse by birds. House well equipped. Two showers. Large freezer which was very needed. Pool great with nice temperature. Ana the owner is a lady that appreciates family. Would highly recommend this villa for family vacation

Needs a few small touches..ie toilet needs a refresh, out doors need cleaning/weeds

The villa is a great spot regardless of your agenda. "The Strip" is a two minute walk, and the beach is a 5 min drive. There is plenty of space, and everything is extremely functional. We had 7 total and we were comfortable.

The heated pool wasn't heated

There was literally everything available, place was clean and felt loved and hosts was extremely responsive. Location was great - hous was well kept

Some of the outdoor stuff could have been kept out of the house, it was a bit cramped at times. The shower in the ensuite was broken The house got pretty coldbut in fairness whne we asked for heaters they were given straight away

we loved the pool, large sitting room and the outside sitting area. bed rooms where big, ideal location to the new town strip.

portable ac unit in all bedrooms would be an advantage as we only had one for one of the rooms

The close location to the main entertainment centre, the cleanliness of the ville and the private outside pool area.

The bathrooms are not very user friendly for disabled people. If one could be upgraded for disabled access it would be a great selling point for renters.
