Residence Salinelle Beach Villa Salina 5

L’emplacement est parfait! A 11 mn de cefalu, à 4 mn à pied de la plage. La maison était très propre, fonctionnelle, elle sentait bon. Elle est au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Elle a tous les atouts souhaités pour passer en excellent séjour. La pelouse avait été tondue juste avant notre arrivée et nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse pour déjeuner ou dîner. Les petites attentions de Maria pour que nous passions un bon séjour (café, shampooing…) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est un plus. Et la piscine, bien que partagée avec la maison jumelée, est très agréable avec ses transats et sa petite douche extérieure pour se rincer après la plage et avant la piscine.

Un lave-vaisselle serait un plus, surtout en vacances. Le matelas du canapé du salon pour dormir n’était pas très épais, et peu confortable. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêchés de se reposer!

Quartier calme, belle maison moderne et super vie. Équipée. Piscine entretenue quotidiennement et toujours à température. Proche de la mer. Seulement à un petit quart d’heure de Cefalu. Accueil et service super sympathique, et toujours à votre service. Des vacances en famille TOP

Niente.

Secure location, specious and clean property. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Only 70 minutes drive from the airport.

Nothing really to complain about.

Private accommodation sharing the pool with one other couple who were in the accommodation next door, however, please don't let this put you off here as we very rarely saw anyone in the pool during our 7 days. The privacy for eating outside and lying on sunbeds is exceptional. Very clean (loved the smell of the cleaning products that lasted days) very dark rooms so, wasn't woken early by the sun. Train station is a 10 minute walk to take you to wherever you want. Google maps might tell you it is a 30minute walk to the station, IGNORE THAT! It is a 10 minute walk on a straight road.

There were days gardeners were out with blowers, hedge cutters and roofers working on other houses near by but I guess you get used to it. If you book somewhere with other accommodation then you will hear other people. Being picky but the living room/ kitchen area we thought could have been planned/set out better and maybe providing more food prep space.

very spacious and great facilities. we loved having a nice big outdoor space for the kids to play in. felt very private and safe. and very easy to drive to beaches, shops, etc

unfortunately there were pigeons making a huge noise on the roof in the early morning but I suspect that is a temporary thing and so would still highly recommend the property
