Well, don't know where to start, Sinem who runs the show was great, welcoming, flexible and very very helpful. The place is a small compound of villas with private pools, very clean, organised and a very successful business model. The was spotless clean, comfy and minute attention to details was considered in every corner of the villa. A super market is within a walking distance from the property. There is a pretty walking pathway to the sea at the front of the compound. We enjoyed our stay, Ah forgot, there are lots of orange trees in the villas where you are invited to pick some oranges and add some fresh juice to Ur breakfast. Will definitely be back, thanks Sin you and your team were great.

Well it is hard to scrutinize, but would love to see the same level of cleanliness next time we come back.

The place is so nice. The owner is amazing. It is so quiet and private. you can enjoy your alone time with the family with no strangers.

The pool is not heated so you can’t swim in nigh.

They position as high end, but provide no privacy, no basic toiletries like shampoo/conditioner (only the cheapest trash soap), no pool towels (even though there is a pool) and no refill of toilet paper (there was literally 1 roll in each bathroom and we had a group there it for a week). It just didn’t make sense to me - charging so much for the area in the middle of nowhere, having pretentious interior design and lacking basic hospitality items. Are they expecting travellers to fly out with TP and towels on vacation? Other things to note: it is not mentioned in the listing, but they do not allow you to use the pool on your “private” villa from 6 to 9 AM, because a guy comes over every day (!!!) to clean it. Which he does loudly and wakes you up (if you’re asleep) or simply invades your private space (if you’re awake and want to stay outdoors in the early morning). They take $200 in cash as a deposit (which still doesn’t seem to cover potentially stolen pool towels - they told us they had an “issue” in the past and it seems like every guest who came after has to suffer for this).

We had an amazing stay. The villas have a beautiful garden which is very well maintained, even in the garden they have sorts of fresh fruit growing.
