Acho que o chalé precisa de alguma manutenção, salamandra do piso inferior faz muito barulho (a outra não faz barulho), não conseguimos ligar a TV e o aquecedor de toalhas do WC no piso da cozinha não funciona.
PTA vista do piso menos um em vidro, principalmente depois de nevar. Soalho em madeira. Decoração também muito clean e moderna.
Apenas do ruído da salamandra do piso de baixo.

LTIt was a very clean, cosy and practical house with a beautiful view. We were here for hiking and there is a slightly difficult track from Terre to Unhais de Serra, it was so worth it!

NLFantastic location with beautiful view. The house looks stunning and beds with firm mattresses ensured a great night sleep. The master bedroom upstairs was gorgeous. Fully equipped for 6-8 people and enough pellets for the heating for 3 nights.
The chalet is in need of maintenance: - Warm water in bathroom only working of warm water in kitchen is turned on. - the construction and anchoring of the upper staircase seemed a bit unstabe and was terribly squeaky - One hair dryer didn't work - window in bathroom couldn't open, window in kitchen wouldn't close after opening, difficulty in closing window upstairs after opening - Chalet was supposed to have 2 bidets - but there was none - the sofas were totally worn out /sit through - One kitchen chair was broken - the piping underneath the sink was dripping - the isolation of the toaster cable was damaged, so careful when handling (shortcuts /kids) - no napkins and not enough toilet paper for 8 people for 3 nights. We could get those at the Luna hotel reception though We made an appointment with the owner for a maintenance guy to come by at 11 am. However he rang the door at 8am, waking people up. Also, nothing could be solved during our stay . The layout is a bit funny: one bathroom/ bedroom and living room downstairs. Upstairs 4 bedrooms but no bathroom. using the squeaky staircase would disturb the nightrest of the others. One bathroom next to the kitchen on the ground floor. That window didn't open so after toilet usage and showering you needed to ventilate through the kitchen. Not nice for smell nor humidity. For the price I would expect immaculate maintenance of the property.I gave a 7 but was seriously considering a 6 in my review

There is no full body mirror in the house. The pellets fireplace kept giving an error and we had to vaccum it too frequently.
