Tutto perfetto,la posizione, pulizia, come a casa non mancava niente. L'host è stato disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Great big property with everything you may need from washing machine, iron, cooker, bbq grill, sun lounges, even beach chairs you can take to nearby beaches. Table for 6 people inside and outside is and balcony’s all around. Host Agostino was amazing, very friendly and helpful person. He helped us to get to the shop and even connected us to a local driver who took us to Palermo city for a reasonable price (around 45min away).

Good location,easy to access,but requires a car for everyday travel(food,restaurants or even the beach).Generous space,facilities available as described,accessories and consumables included.The terrace is an excellent place for breakfast or an Aperol at any time :).There is also a barbecue available ,an outdoor water hose(shower).Reasonable beaches a few minutes walk away. Easy communication with the host(Agostino met us). Water and a bottle of wine as 'welcome".We tried to help with the garbage by respecting the rules of selective collection but picking it up was problematic.The host offered to solve the issue.

We had a few power outages that were resolved by resetting the automatic fuse in the house.A dishwasher would be a great help especilally for large groups(we've been 5 persons).The location is undergoing modernization and not all the spaces are available but everything presented on the site exists.

Bardzo miły i rzeczowy gospodarz, który na spokojnie wszystko wyjaśnił podczas przekazania kluczy. Bardzo dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp, Agostino nie mówił po angielsku, ale doskonale sobie radził z translatorem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dostępne kawa i herbata. Bardzo przestronny dom z wydajną klimatyzacją i dwoma łazienkami. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica, plaże dostępne w 10-15 min pieszo. Dostępne leżaki w ogrodzie oraz parasole na plażę. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do Palermo, Trapani czy innych okolicznych atrakcji.

Jedynie ciasny wjazd na posesję może sprawiać kłopot komuś z większym samochodem, ale to standard w tych okolicach i można się przyzwyczaić. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Very friendly owner, who showed us everything and explained it to us. All the equipment in the kitchen, ice cream, water and wine for welcome. Comfortable beds and a lot of space in the house! Very peaceful environment, in nature, beautiful view. Parking for a car in the yard of the house, terrace, garden. Everything we needed, like at home.

Small downstairs bathroom, but a new, larger one upstairs.

Well prepared facilities for cooking and relaxing. Host is very friendly and punctual.

No dishwasher, but it is not a big deal.

Of course, accommodation also has its advantages. The mattress is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, as in the photos, incl. coffee, tea, cookies, wine, bottles of water, etc.. Area is quiet, you can sleep well. I believe that in the high season, when the house is well taken care of, you will be satisfied. House is spacious. The bedroom has a sea view. Parking by the house (small car).

We go on our vacation in a good mood. We don't worry about minor flaws and we try to find only the positives. But here was the first time we left the accommodation after the first night. Probably not many tourists stayed in the house in winter season. The house is very spacious and heating very weak. When we received the keys, the owner was in a winter jacket, the temperature in the house was the same as outside, ca. 12C. No one had turned on the heating one-two days before our arrival. The pellet stove could only be turned on when we were in the house, because of safety. It was unrealistic to make the house warm. The bathrooms were ice cold. My wife woke up with a sore throat. The cleaning was probably done a few weeks ago, after the previous guests. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. The sofa was dirty. The surroundings of the house were untidy, old leaves were everywhere, overgrown weed and there was garbage in the public areas. Care was missing here in winter season. The house is undergoing gradual modernization, but it would be better not to offer it for rent in the winter season at all. We felt very uncomfortably.

The house is very spacious and very well located. The hosts are very helpful.

We have no complaints. All worked out very nicely for us.
