This property is a fair drive away from town but it’s so peaceful and you can walk down to a little stony beach for a swim in brilliant turquoise water. Swimming shoes are helpful. The host was very helpful and we ate at his restaurant a couple of minutes walk away a couple of times.

Amazing private & quiet house with spectacular views across to the sea from the master bedroom , the lounge & outside pool. Lovely outside pool area & we didn’t even use the inside one as it was a bit too cold & unnecessary considering how nice the pool was outside with the seating & shade. The master bedroom upstairs is massive with plenty of space, en suite & sea view. The kitchen was a bit sparse in terms of crockery & useful cooking items & luckily had a good size fridge freezer. Nearest “beach’ was a 15-20 minute walk through the undergrowth down a relatively steep hill & was almost deserted when we were there. A bit difficult to get into the sea & I recommend taking some form of sea shoes to make it less painful! Good snorkeling though!! There are no “services” on the beach except a couple of old men selling from the back of an old VW van. There is a tarmac road down to the beach if you don’t fancy the walk ….or more likely the walk back up which is difficult in the heat of the day. We ended up going to Kas to do bigger shops, wander & eat. The weekly market on Friday is worth a visit. Nearest shop (very basic) was a 10 minute drive away & We highly recommend Asar Restaurant for value & quality of the food & service which is in the same area. We loved the area as it’s quite remote , though the amount of building going on around will soon be a lot busier. The mountains covered in Olive trees dropping down to the bright blue sea is stunning. The roads are pretty good & quiet which our little hire car easily dealt with as we ended doing a fair amount of driving exploring this beautiful part of Turkey. The drive to & from the house to Kas has some amazing views & Vistas especially around sunset.

We loved the two swimming pools and the jacuzzi and the great views and the nice food and the lovely hosts.

The kitchen was badly equipped. The one knife for chopping was blunt. The cooking utensils were not good. There was 1 wooden spoon and 1 ladle. There was no vegetable peeler or other utensils. The shower pressure was poor and the water temperature was very inconsistent changing from very cold to very hot whilst showering. Towel rails in the bathrooms were coming off the wall. The toilet seats did not stay up. Smell of sewage in the upstairs bathroom.

"It is unsafe to drive to this location due to the poor condition of the roads. Only my husband managed to navigate through the treacherous mountain paths and cliffs. The host, unfortunately, speaks very little English, so we had to rely heavily on Google Translate. Additionally, the swimming pool, a key reason for choosing this place, especially considering its importance for our child, was not ready upon our arrival. It took three days before the pool was clean and usable, which was a significant inconvenience for us."

Quiet remote location (although there is a mosque nearby, be prepared), magnificent views, great outdoor pool, working jacuzzi, lots of space. There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby (~7 min drive)

You definitely need a car to get around (grocery store, beach, restaurant). The property is managed by the father of the owner who doesn’t speak English at all. I was not able to explain him that we need to enable the heating in the indoor pool.

Great comfortable villa in a very wonderful location. You need a car to get to. But there are tracking trails just from the house. The indoor pool has a heater for an additional price

The kitchen zone is a little bit dirty. It will be great to have some most important things in the kitchen like oil, sugar and others for washing machine, laundry
