- Sehr schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Umgebung mit netten Nachbarn - Toller und gepflegter Pool / Garten - Sehr schöner Vorplatz/Lounge mit viel Platz - Überdachte Parkplätze

- Geschirr-Spülmaschine reinigt nicht - Abfall muss selber entsorgt werden was nicht (legal) möglich ist (z.B. Glas kann am Samstagmorgen nicht entsorgt werden)

Una villa molto bella, con mobili di pregio e arredamento di alta qualità. Il giardino bellissimo, molto curato. La piscina, grande, bella, pulita. Una terrazza ampia, dove trascorrere le serate, altrettanto bella. Un valore aggiunto: la struttura ha 5 bagni grandi, ogni camera ha il suo ed anche il soggiorno ( piano terra)

Manca l’aria condizionata nel ambiente principale della casa, ciò il soggiorno. Noi abbiamo una figlia con disabilità e ed il soggiorno era lo spazio dove si trascorreva la giornata. A 38 gradi stato veramente difficile . Abbiamo comprato un ventilatore noi e abbiamo chiesto alla struttura se fosse possibile fornirci un condizionatore portatile. L’azienda ha rifiutato la nostra proposta e ci ha mandato un ventilatore.

Excellent Villa with loads of room and everything we needed. Was very clean and very well appointed. Pool was amazing, everything you could hope for. Management agent was excellent, extremely responsive and helpful.
