Fairways villa

Large, well furnished kitchen, lots of spices and dishes,pots, if you like to cook. Dishwasher and washing machine right in the kitchen very convenient. Nicely sized and comfortable bedrooms and baths with hot showers. AC and heat available but we did not use. Beautiful outdoor spaces and gorgeous pool. Felt very safe and enjoyed walking the neighborhoods around the villa and admiring the flowers and fruit trees. The host was extremely accommodating picking 4 of us at the airport, returning us at the end of the stay and taking us on a tour of Antalya.

Taxi or rental car is necessary as it’s a good walk into Belek or to the golf properties. Once we determined how to summon a taxi they were quick to get us and return us whenever we ventured out.

The host is an exceptional person. Very helpful and always available. The villa is clean and tidy. Nice facilities

Villa was excellent. Pool outstanding. Host, Sinan, friendly and so helpful - even came to find us at 1am when we got lost driving to the Villa on the first day (sat nav!). Can’t recommend this villa and host highly enough.

Need a car to get to Belek and Kidriye as both not really comfortable to walk to but seems there is also a regular bus service and both places only a couple of kilometres away.

Just back from a wonderful week at this Villa. Quite simply the best villa stay we have experienced. Sinan was so helpful and no request was too much. The villa was very clean , extremely well stocked with everything you require for a self catering stay and then some !!, The pool area again was exceptional as we're the bedrooms and living area . We can not recommend this villa highly enough if you are considering staying here.5 minute Taxi to Belek centre or a 15 minute walk in the glorious , if albeit very Hot sun . Air conditioning was exceptional also We will most certainly return to this villa and hope to see Sinan and his family again soon

The villa is in a great location and very well maintained, Sinan is a wonderful host and so responsive. I travel the world a lot and he is up there with the best hosts :). The property is in excellent condition and value. If you are planning to go to Land of Legends or local golf courses or Belek beach, or even all of these. Then this Villa is ideal. The pool was exceptionally clean and all of us fully utilised it. We got a text day before we were due to go to the villa, so took away any apprehensions. Greeted at the villa with a service that made us feel like VIP's. Any time we had a question Sinan was always there on Whatsapp to help. . The second and third floor were perfect with AC and I hope to return one day soon.

I have just one small suggestion, the air con needs to be replaced on the ground floor as at times the 2 fans were simply not enough

The Family spent great time in this full equipped villa, nice swimming pool, you have every thing near you the sea the markets MMigros is 5 minutes , belek city centre , you can enjoy the special barbeque in its garden. Finally thanks Mr Sinan for your Hospitality we spent a very good time.
