Quiet, loved the pool, good location, staff were friendly

Furniture a bit tired looking, plates chipped. Plastic drainage covering missing leaving gaps causing a hazard. Sharp corner on sun lounger.

The staff and owner were lovely and size of the villa was perfect for us & the pool

The trees were very overgrown around the pool ( making moving around safely difficult) and broken pool drainage covers (quite dangerous with a toddler). Showers didn't drain well , and floors were quite grubby in the bedrooms and bathrooms

Poolen var skøn og det var dejligt med vaskemaskine. Personalet var hjælpsom og beliggenheden var god.

Rengøringen kunne have været bedre, køkkenvasken var proppet under vores ophold og køkkenet var sparsomt udstyret. Vær opmærksom på, at der ikke er håndsæbe på stedet og der var kun 1 rulle toiletpapir pr. Badeværelse til hele opholdet.

On arrival pool area was dirty/ unhygienic, mouldy dirty grates around pool, weeds, broken mouldy sun bed and covers, overgrown conifer hedge which restricted us getting around pool etc. complaint in progress

Bathrooms were good, excellent showers. Location on the river was excellent. Staff (when we could find them) were friendly and helpful.

Taxi driver couldn't find villa - it's listed as Villa Deniz Paradise. It's actually Paradise Club. Not a good start to our holiday! Shelf under tv hanging off wall. Lack of kitchen equipment and what was there was of a poor quality (chipped glasses, cups etc). No bottle opener. No microwave. No tea towel for drying dishes or cloth for washing dishes, wiping surfaces etc. A dustpan and brush would have been useful to clean up any spills. Iron was available for use but no ironing board. Washing machine available but no clothes airer to dry them apart from a small rusty one attached to outside wall. An information booklet would have been useful. Smart TV would have been useful as channels available were only Turkish. Pool area - unsteady footing as some of the plastic grid was missing. Trees needed pruning along one side to make walking easier. Broken sun loungers. I'm sure my bed had bedbugs as I woke up to new bites every day despite wearing mosquito repellant.

For the money, it was amazing value and the apartment was perfect for our needs.

We didn't realise it was out of season when booking. Pretty much everything shut down on the 31st October - we could get breakfast in the resort, but that was it. However, this is only meant as a warning and not a criticism if you are looking to book late in the season.
