Staybridge Suites Lincoln North East by IHG

We liked the separated bedroom/bathroom from the living/kitchen areas. Would be really good for a long stay with a real kitchen, with cooktop, dishwasher and full fridge

When we checked in, at 440pm (40 minutes after listed check in time) we got our keys and took the elevator up to our room. When we got to our room, the door was open and housekeeping was still cleaning our room. The ladies apologized and went and got a few more ladies from another room to tackle ours to get it ready for us. They were fantastic and very apologetic, but it's pretty crappy that the front desk girl sent us to a room that wasn't ready yet. She seemed more interested in her phone and seemed upset that we were "interrupting her"

Cleanliness, wonderful breakfast, rooms were so comfortable and quiet. The bed alone was extremely comfortable and we love having a kitchenette -- especially the ice maker in the refrigerator option.

the only thing I didn't care for was the complication with figuring out the the tv. some channels weren't available on the 2nd tv - guide was the same. not sure what that was about.

There was limited staff available for a Saturday and Sunday night stay. Housekeeping is only provided upon request on weekends. We reserved a queen suite for two adults and two children. There was no bedding available for the sofa bed in the room. There were not enough towels in the room. The HVAC did not work properly. It was like the buttons were wired backwards. The hair dryer did not work. The bathroom vent made a thunking sound all night that woke us up (it wasn’t running) so we left the bathroom door closed for the second night. BUT the breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool and hot tub were cold on Saturday. By Sunday morning the pool was warm and the hot tub hot, but there was some sort of mechanical issue going on and the roar in the pool room was so loud you could not carry on a conversation. The room was clean. The premise in total was well kept.

Hot tub barely warm and pool cold.. main reason for our stay is nice hot tub and pool which we don't have at home. Had we known they were nit functioning properly we wouldn't of stayed there.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Same pastry every day....scones and that was it. They were very good but would have like another choice. Staff was very nice. Good location. Didn't want an ADA room but was given one. Because it was, we had no counter space whatsoever. We would stay again.

Our only complaint is that there appears to be several permanent stains on the carpet both in our room and in the hallway.

Nice room, nice breakfast.

Good breakfast, great staff. I never made it back in time for the social hour but I’ve heard it was good. I love the small kitchen and the bed was extremely comfortable. My only issue was I saw a big that looked like a beetle but wasn’t and it wasn’t a cockroach but either way, there was a large bug crawling in the bathroom area. Of the four nights I was there, I only saw it once on the first night. There was construction on the building going on and obvious improvements happening. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another week there again.
