We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would happily return. The villa is located in a secure gated community of similar villas, which makes the area feel very safe, quiet, and well maintained. It was an excellent base for exploring the region: about 20–30 minutes by car from both Palermo and the airport, and only around 10 minutes from Mondello beach. The outdoor area was one of the highlights of our stay. The garden gazebo, swimming pool, and beautifully maintained garden provided the perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends. There was also plenty of space inside the villa, making it comfortable even for larger groups. Overall, this is a fantastic villa in a great location, and we highly recommend it.

The only small thing we missed was a proper pizza peel for the wood-fired oven. We were excited to try making our own pizzas but didn't have the right tool to use the oven comfortably.

This is a wonderful villa, featuring a beautiful lush garden, a pool, barbecue, and a spacious interior. The rooms are tastefully furnished and adorned with lovely paintings. Great open kitchen

We arrived shortly after 8 p.m. and were charged €20 for late check-in. A few minutes! Check-out was at noon, and we had to wait for almost an hour for the staff to arrive.

Fantástica piscina y zonas comunes, la barbacoa necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero cumple de sobras con su propósito. La cocina genial, en general todo perfecto, nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde, que se agradece mucho. La recomendaría sin duda.

La verdad, no puedo decir nada malo de la villa. FANTÁSTICA.

The pool was fabulous and the villa was huge. We had a lot of space. It was a short drive to shops and restaurants . The facilities were lovely. Great base to tour Sicily while having a relaxing time by the pool

There was no information in the villa like a welcome pack. We had to figure out the bins - didn't get information about the key. No instructions for the hob which some rings didn't work. You needed a car to go anywhere as even when there were paths there were cars parked. The owners of the villa were very helpful but the management company could have been better. Even where to leave the key when leaving as you needed the fob to get out of the complex. These aside we had a great time

Beautiful garden, quiet, birds songs all the time, super pool, beautiful villa with original art

Old furniture that stinks and You better not unpack in them

Calm and nice with a lot of space. nice for relax after some nights in the city of Palermo.

Barking dogs in. the neighborhood and cats going around. But very good overall.
