Fjällbacka Villa with large garden

Sehr ruhige Lage, angenehme Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. CheckIn war flexibel.

Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre sicherlich der Kamin ein zusätzliches Plus gewesen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war er leider nicht zu benutzen, wir hatten aber auch ein paar schöne sommerliche Tage im Haus.

Tout! La localisation est parfaite pour visiter le Bohuslan. La maison est belle, lumineuse, bien équipée. Le must: nous avons vu des biches tous les jours depuis le salon et il y en a même une qui nous a rendu visite dans le jardin !

very warm. suitable bedroom layout for us (2 teenage girls and one boy). Lots of kitchen appliances. great location. very cozy, modern and well-kept.

Advice only: It's not the best idea to have the fire blanket and fire extinguisher behind a locked door- not that we needed it, but for the safety of the guests and the protection of the property/ owners perhaps reconsider their location! Shame the fireplace couldn't work- we didn't expect this or need it, but it's a good selling point to add once the fireplace is fixed.

The house is lovely!! Spacy, well placed in the nature but close to Fjaelbacka, and with a cosy interior. Big fridge, dishwasher etc. really nicely large for families and groups .

A few technical "things" could be better. The bathroom could need a new shower-head, since the waterflow was patchy... and a new shower curtain. The dischwasher had no user-manual so we could not use it. Some outdoore furniture needs replacing since rusty (one chair broke as i wanted to sit down in it) . This are smalle things that can be solved with regular technical inspection of the property.
