Carol was always on hand - she was very helpful with advice, local knowledge and the odd little extra to make our stay more enjoyable.

In the Booking.com description, it would be useful for potential guests to know what type of plug sockets were in use at the property

Villa très agréable, très propre, cuisine avec de très beaux électro-ménagés. Carol est une personne très gentille, souriante et surtout bienveillante. Je conseille à 200% cet hébergement.

Ho passato giorni meravigliosi alla Frangipani Villa, atmosfera tranquilla, servizi curati e un senso di pace che ti fa davvero staccare dalla routine. Un posto che ti rimane nel cuore. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il gusto con cui e' stata arredata e la bella piscina privata in giardino.

The villa was excellent, fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean and spacious, I was there as a solo traveller and felt very safe. Very close to the beautiful Kiwengwa beach. Carol is the best host, even coming to the supermarket with me and paid for my shopping until I could get local currency. Nothing was too much trouble and the cook and housekeeper were a welcome bonus. I highly recommend CDM Villas.

Carol is an outstanding host—warm, incredibly helpful, and almost always available online. She explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to assist us with extra arrangements, such as booking a taxi, recommending great restaurants and shops, organizing excursions, and arranging additional services. She truly took care of us like a local. The house itself was stunning—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was immaculate, and the beautiful garden provided a lovely setting for outdoor dining. An absolutely breathtaking place! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean and safe. The comfortable setting of the villa was exceptionally more than I expected. Their driver was super patient and kind throughout. Very private home but knowing that I had lovely neighbours around gave me the utmost peace of mind and their security system was great. Couldn't split myself between the pool and the beach as both were fantastic to recharge after a long day out on excursions. I really loved the rustic but modern vibe of the villa. The host Carol was always available and attentive. Overall I'm happy to have found this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon!
