Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

Absolutely fabulous! Denny was the best chef and host we have ever experienced and Karen and Keith were so attentive and they all made our holiday for our wedding so stress free! Thank you so much ❤️ The games room and pool for the kids was excellent, the beautiful gardens tended by Keith had such a variety of plants and flowers for the grandparents and the immersion into Caribbean life food and culture was a lifetime memory

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. Big up to Denny, Keith and Karen. Beautiful property, gorgeous outdoor spaces. All kept immaculately clean and tidy. Great pool.

WiFi a little temperamental.

Location is fabulous. In the heart of the most beautiful parish in Jamaica - green and lush Portland. Frenchman's Cove, Blue Lagoon and Boston Bay Jerk are minutes away. (Don't forget the exceptional rafting on the Rio Grande). Close by and nestled on the edge of its beautiful bay, is Port Antonio a town with a real mellow and welcoming vibe. So much to see. Ask around for 'Rock Bottom' and he'll give you the best deals on authentic carvings. Spicy Hill and it's substantial garden is surrounded by a festival of tropical trees and climbers. Great amenities, everything you could ask for. A soothing and restorative tropical treat for the soul. The staff were amazing. Maestro Denny, brilliantly cooked up any traditional dishes we asked for - a tropical treat for the tastebuds. Very helpful for all our needs - escorting us to the market, recommendations, booking stuff, sorting out any travel issues. Literally nothing was a problem. Keith - attentive, helpful, softly-spoken, always smiling, a lovely character - even fixed a wheel on a suitcase! Karen - discreetly keeps the place tidy and clean and a welcome place to return home to after a day out in the sun. A humble character and a beautiful soul. We had the most amazing time, all 7 of us - every day laughter and fun and experiencing something new and different. Richard - you have a great crew there, hold onto them. I can't recommend Spicy and this unspoilt corner enough! Appreciation sent from Richard, Carmen, Ni, Maxwell, Joely, Rachel and Scotty.

The Villa surpassed all our expectations, offering a meticulously curated experience that catered to every need during our stay. Even with the persistent rain throughout the majority of our visit, the Villa's thoughtful amenities and attentive staff ensured that our enjoyment remained unwavering. The staff were lovely and consistently attentive, making our stay truly special. Opting for the chef to prepare our breakfast every morning was a decision we didn't regret – the culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional! One standout feature was the well-designed entertainment space, equipped with both indoor and outdoor speakers that were easy to connect to adding a delightful soundtrack to our stay. The games room provided endless entertainment and was a highlight despite the weather. While the rain prevented us from visiting the beach, we found solace in the neighbouring restaurant, which unexpectedly became the culinary highlight of our Jamaican adventure. The overall experience at The Villa left us with lasting memories and a desire to return for more.

While our overall experience at the villa was nearly perfect, I would suggest some updates to the bathrooms for an even more enhanced stay—larger bathtubs, a newer shower head, and updated finishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing positively. However, my initial interactions with the owner, Richard, were somewhat standoffish and combative. Despite this, the villa's charm and excellent staff largely compensated for any initial reservations, and our stay was enjoyable.

The customer service was on point! Appreciate the team members and their efforts, the meals!!! On point!

The food prepared by the chef was exceptional, the grounds were beautiful and well kept and like that we had a pool at our leisure. Mr Blackwood (Denny) and his assistant made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. The housekeeper made sure our rooms and bathrooms we well maintained during our stay. We will definitely be there again. Richard, the host, kept in contact with information and instructions for an easy check-in. Thanks for a great vacation.
