Parking was easy. Host granted me a later checkout time than usual. Very quiet unit and great access to indoor pool.

Keyless entry lock was hit or miss. It often took two or more times before the door code would open the lock. Master bed was less than comfortable. The mattress was springy, and it sank toward the center. One firestick remote was missing batteries. Thank goodness we brought our own Firestick and remote. Felt like more towels and washcloths should have been provided. We bought more because the laundry machines were overpriced ($3.00 for single wash and $3 for single dry? Wow.) Building 3 Elevator stopped working temporarily on our checkout day.

Location was excellent. Boardwalk to beach and all three pools excellent. Beach cart and beach towels provided which was convenient. Owners easy to communicate with.

Beds extremely uncomfortable. Bed in second room is just a mattress on the floor. Floors are really dirty. Walking around barefoot will get feet really black. Cookware is not good. The spatula is half melted and pot handles loose. Refrigerator rubber loose. Couch and loveseat dirty and worn out.

The place is clean and we cleaned up also before we checked out. However, the front gate charged us $40.00 when one of our child locked the bottom door by accident. They charged $40 just to opened the door.

Charging us $40 just to opened the door when one of our child locked (the bottom locked) When we came back from the beach we waited for at least 15 minutes just to open the door.
