The location of this property was excellent! Poipu beach was just a quick walk away. We saw turtles, monk seals, and dolphins on our walk along the shore.

Because the apartment faced the sun it did get a little warm during the day, but the unit air conditioner cooled it down enough at night that it was comfortable after a long day in the sun.

Kathy is a very pleasant, responsive and accommodating host. The unit was nicely furnished, well supplied and very comfortable.

The chickens are an issue everywhere on Kauai. The 3:30 am chicken wake-up calls every night were irritating.

Kathy was a super nice host and even left some chocolates for us! The location was super convenient and just a walk away from the beach. We signed up for surf lessons at the shop next door and they were wonderful.
