Villa Sunny Hill

Non trovo parole per descrivere la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora. Uno di noi si è infortunato in moto e la signora lo ha accompagnato dal medico, in ospedale, gli ha cucinato e lo ha accudito come un figlio. Semplicemente fantastica e unica. La casa meravigliosa, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario per fare tutto quello che si vuole. Splendida.

Very nice place to stay, would recommend. A lot of space and even has a smart-TV. Nice view and quite very private.

The only downside was the walk to the city which is on top a very steep road. Good exersise though.

The property had everything we need, it was huge, spacious and comfortable. The host was very friendly and offered the best services. I would prefer staying at this property when I come back next time.

First of all it's a good enough location to be near Budva and the main north/south coastal highway. There are couple of supermarkets 5 mins downhill and few restaurants as well. The view from the terrace is spectacular both during day and night time. The owner, Ivan and family lives in the same building and are super helpful, and every query was responded promptly. On the day before checkout, we needed some printouts for boarding passes to be printed out as mobile boarding passes are not allowed in Podgorica airport, and Ivan got them to us and didn't let us pay for it. The house itself is spacious, and Ivan and family had cleaned, changed sheet and towels, cleared trash every day during our stay. It has two bedrooms and a lounge/diner downstairs with one further big bedroom, an additional room with sofa bed, two kids room with twin beds, and two bathrooms upstairs. All upstairs room have access to terrace. Outside there's parking space for 3 cars, can even fit 4. The kitchen has enough crockeries and utensils for cooking meals for a large group of people.

The house needs some maintenance and upgrade. There was something wrong with the plumbing that resulted in a bad smell. Lot of exposed plumbing cables everywhere. The upstairs bathrooms are quite small in size, probably one original bathroom divided into two and there was even a place to hang cloths or towels. Hot water was hit and miss, and most days after one person has showered, it ran out of hot water. There are apparent voltage issues, and a lot of lights in the living area has flickered throughout. We also had problem with microwave oven, which was then replaced, but it still didn't work properly, possibly because of same voltage issue. The electric hobs, of which there are four, are also not all functional, and worked quite slowly. The approach road to the house is narrow and steep, but that's par course in this part of world. Just need to be a confident driver to navigate the last 5 mins.
