location was superb - views ace, 3 good restaurants and a bar within close proximity - again superb views, nice to be around the locals, bakery and shop 1 minute away, friendly host not far away

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

the location is great and close to a great beach only 6 mutes drive. The place is near a bakery and a small supermarket which makes it easy to settle in. The hose itself was very clean with a dishwasher and a toaster. we will sure be back.

One of the most unforgettable places to stay in my life. The historical and authentic house is located around 5-7 km from the centre of Kotor. Don’t think that you will ride by the autostrade - nope. The road is very tiny, with the magnificent view to the Kotor Bay on one hand and plenty of historical buildings on the other side. The house is planned perfectly - all you need and even more is inside. Everything is nice, cozy and very clean inside. Once again, the location is perfect - on the one hand it’s very quiet and authentic (especially comparing to Kotor), but on the other hand there is a bakery 1 min from the house, the shop - 1 min, the pears where you can start the boat trip - 30 sec, place to swim - 30 sec, historical places to visit - 30 sec. Additionally very nice and helpful hosts - Djordje and Jasna are wonderful! Hvala for the unforgettable vacations! P.S. If it comes to the parking - it’s really not a problem to find a place to patk the car nearby the house.

Our stay at Djordje and Jasna's seaside house in Prcanj was absolutely magical. The stunning views, charming aesthetics of the house, and the peaceful beauty of the village made our family vacation unforgettable. The location was perfect, and the communication with the hosts was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect. Beautifully renovated. The location is excellent and has a very ‘local’ feel to it. Everything needed is nearby.

Location was great, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The local restaurants were lovely and we were right next to a shop that hires paddle boards, kayaks and organises boat trips. A charming place and well appointed.

It would have been useful to have a couple of comfortable deck chairs so we could sit out next to the dock and some beach towels as well. I would say if you are going peak season don’t rent a car as parking is difficult and the traffic if higher in the summer months. Travelling by boat is much more enjoyable. Taxis from the airport tend to over charge, so maybe organise a transfer instead of relying on a taxi.

Perfect stay! Perfectly location. you don't need a car to reach beaches, supermarket etc. Clean house and nice restoration. So, We felt very private and comfortable during our stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. Thank you!
