"Lacking cleanliness and maintenance"

Property was not properly cleaned before arrival. We found dead cockroaches and bugs around on the floor and also in kitchen cabinets. Spider webs hanging around. I doubt towels and linen are washed and changed. Pool deck and furniture could have at least been washed to remove heavy soil/debris deposits from rain/wind etc. Floors inside also needed a good vacuum and a wash for sure. Various bulbs not working, one toilet missing toilet seat, broken chairs in outdoor area, broken tiles around pool. Water flow in showers was a misery.
