Bathroom showers problem the yard not neat

The location is the only good thing

Where to start.. in 2023 March we stayed here and I gave a 10. This time, a 1 is even too much. From the 1st phone call, the lady was rude because she was driving. When we arrived, the place wasn't ready yet. Cars parked in the garage and drive way. 2 half toilet rolls were provided for 8 people for 4 days. The place had a bad smell from day one. The counter tops were dirty. There were not enough cups or glasses available, and most were dirty in the cupboards. Some coffee cups were broken. There is nothing to put meat in, nothing for salads. The braai grids were extremely dirty. The utensils weren't enough, and knives couldn't cut anything. We went and bought our own glasses, airfreshners, braai grids, mops, and more. The doors to outside were a struggle to open. The outside ashtray wasn't cleaned. The light in the bathroom wasn't working, and eventually, we found the smell cause coming from the garage. Smelled like poo. We cut our stay short and left as all the beds were uncomfortable, and I don't think the bedding was washed between visitors.

The place is in a quiet location,very clean

They must put more toilet rolls especially if the number of people is big

The TV and WiFi did not work Bedding was short off The property needs some maintenance to be done

Spacious holiday house,beautiful view to wake up too outside with the mountains in the background.

They advertised that there would be wifi but the wifi was offline the whole weekend and the smart tv couldnt play properly. Ensuite bathroom door couldnt close.

It was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed.
