Dreamy 3 bedroom villa on the edge of the Sabie River in Kruger Park Lodge

The lodge was nicely located with beautiful views . There was enough space and rooms were lovely. The kitchen had enough crockery and cutlery

The host advised that there was aircons in all the rooms however the lounge aircon was not working and one bedroom aircon also not working. Also the same room's geyser had no hot water so we had to share bathrooms. requested for a queen/ king size bed for one of the rooms which was done however the beds were not the same height. the downstairs bathroom light was not working. Maintenance was called but could not do anything except change the light in the bathroom , aircons and geyser had to be reported to the owner.

The house is lovely and spacious with everything you need. We couldn't have been closer to the river.

As noted on the written review, suspected a gas leak from the inside lounge fireplace (which was not utilised)

There could be a write up om where to find the various swtches around the house. Never found the pool light one ....

A really big house in the village of similar private houses. They have a nice restaurant and a baby playground with jungle gym in the village. Kruger Park is very near - just ca 10 minutes drive to one of the gates. Great nature around and very quiet. Hippo watching spot, impalas and monkeys running around. Also, own private pool.

No WiFi in the house - you have to pay for it, and they give you 1 gigabyte for free. But you still have to go to the restaurant area to go online. There was some issue with power - on the first day some lamps didn’t work, but when you contact the reception, they send a specialist right away.
