The upstairs, which is the bedrooms was clean. the lady who was cleaning was pleasant and helpful

downstairs, the sofas etc, it just seemed as though not much is done to take care of the property.

A double booking left us stranded after a 400km trip. The host showed a complete lack of empathy, offering no solution other than a slow-processed refund. Having to re-book a stay at the last minute using our holiday budget was a massive setback. Extremely disappointed in the host’s hostile attitude and the lack of accountability.
