Clean and simple

Location is horrible (sound of roads, no real view, hardly a terrace) and kitchen had the absolute minimal basics which hardly reflect the rate.

The location is perfect, the house was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the golf cart wasn’t working and the blinds from one bedroom were not working. On Saturday night at around eight pm the electricity went off and we stayed in the dark and only got assistance on Sunday at 11 am.

Restaurants were good , VOP and Bushbuck cafe

No extra bedding or blankets available Not enough towels for a 10 person stay No kitchen bin Helper was unpleasant, did not let us know she was there and was ready to work for 2 hours. Heated pool was very cold at VOP

The property was situated in a nice area

aircons did not work i complained about it and the lady sent the cleaner to come and have a look at the aircon

The house is spacious

The bed does not have mattress protector and the house keeper was unfriendly

We loved our stay in the house and Lindiwe, the lady who cleaned for us was an absolute blessing. What a wonderful lady to have in the house looking after us.

Getting into the estate was a nightmare. The gate staff are not well informed and we got sent to three different locations before managing to enter the estate. This after we had requested check in at 6pm, so we had advised of our late arrival. The gate staff are unhelpful and it was really annoying the way we were sent from the north gate to the west gate to the welcome office, which was closed back to the north gate. This backwards and forwards after a 12 hour trip and in the dark made for a very unhappy arrival.
